Why isn't pricing listed on the website?
Every artwork job is different. Complexity can change based on the number of colors, level of detail, production requirements and the type of promotional product. Rather than giving you a generic price that may not apply to your job, we review your file first and quote based on the actual work required.
Common questions
Do I need to commit to a subscription?
No. Pay Per Job has no monthly commitment — you only pay for the jobs you send. Subscription is a separate option for ongoing work, not a requirement.
What files can I send?
Send whatever you have — artwork files, client references, sketches, or photos. If it's not production-ready yet, that's exactly what we're here to fix.
Can you work from a low-resolution image?
Often, yes. Our team will review the file and let you know during the quote stage if we need anything additional to produce clean, production-ready artwork.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Revisions are part of the standard process — we'll work with you to get the artwork right before it moves to production.
What happens if my job is more complex?
If a job turns out to be more involved than expected, we'll tell you during the quote stage — before any production work begins, not after.
How does the quote process work?
Once we review your file, we confirm the job's scope, turnaround and price. Production only starts after you approve the quote.
